I had a positive experience with JL Vans. The van was delivered a little later than planned due to transportation company issues. But this was not the fault of JL Vans. All my questions were answered during the purchase process and no pressure was ever put on me. Nothing seemed to be any trouble and the responses were fast and friendly. The van is in the condition it was presented as and I also feel secure with the two year AA warranty. I would recommend highly.

I cannot fault my buying experience with JL Vans. From seeing a couple of vehicles on Auto-trader we wanted to look at, calling up and arriving to them all parked on the forecourt ready for us, accompanied with a list of all the vehicles they had for sale; and when we wanted to see more they couldn’t have done more to help us, including a test drive. The negotiation and purchase of the van was seem less. I part exchanged my car, seamless. Then… I wanted a tow bar fitting- no worries there either. A garage was arranged with a very competitive price and JL Vans sorted it all out for me- they did a really tidy job too. I picked my van up 2 weeks later, fully serviced, MOTed, all faults fixed, clean and a tow bar fitted. The team were wonderful! Especially, when I rang a week later with a fault on the slide cargo door- we arranged to take it to my local garage and they paid the invoice within minutes of receiving it over the phone. I haven’t had to use my RAC recovery or warranty yet, because the van is running lovely- but it’s definitely peace of mind having it!

What a great buying experience i had with JL Vans , no hard sell or pushy sales people i was let to look around at my leisure and if i needed questions answering then the lads were there to answer them for me . This is my second van i have purchased from JL Vans and because i have bought off them in the past and remember how nice and easy and honest they were last time it was a no brainer to go back again and nice to see the same staff i had dealt with many years ago.The sales guys are so polite and a credit to this company. nothing is too much trouble for them other companies could learn something from these guys WELL DONE to all of you and see you when i need another van many thnks

Cannot fault these guys. My new van is running sweet! No pressure sales, just down to earth honest people doing their job and doing it right. I was told that my van needed a service and valet before I could collect, bit of a pain as I need my van for work. But the wait was absolutely worth it. It was in showroom condition when I collected. Great Van purchase experience
I purchased a van from J L vans, not directly from them, it was from the AA site. As soon as I was ready to go ahead with the purchase they were really helpful from start to finish. I was booked in at 2pm for the hand over, but I got there early. It was not a problem for them, and they got the van ready ASAP with a full valet and wash. Great service from JL. I had a readiness delay due to a faulty sensor on the van I’d bought off them but rather than getting the garage to remove the warning they asked me to wait to get the issue resolved properly so it was in as near to perfect condition as you can get for a used van.

Over the moon with the Ford Transit Custom purchased from JL Vans! When the vehicle arrived it had a couple of marks where probably the transport company had bumped it, JLVans quickly booked it into a body shop garage for repair, the usb at the dash was faulty, a new one is on order. Found a vehicle on Autotrader for my customer had a visit to JL Vans met John who was dealing with the sale made very welcome. Looked round the vehicle went for a test drive the vehicle performed fine but had a couple of issues which we took up with John on our return. He stated that he would have the issues addressed and would get a full 12 month MOT on the vehicle at the same time. My customer was satisfied with the vehicle and left a deposit and the vehicle will be collected as soon as the issues are addressed with a full report as to the repairs carried out. Very good company to deal with and such an easy transaction. Brilliant.

Had 2 minor issues when van was delivered. Contacted them and this was no problem to them. 2 days later 1 wheel trim and wing mirror cover arrived. Real professional company. Will recommend to anyone wanting a decent van. Will be my first place to go to next time I need a van.

Andy & Team from start to finish have gone above and beyond to help answer all the questions. Quick with the Paper work and no hidden charges. Saw the Van on Friday week later collected the Van fully serviced. I did try to rush them to get the Van earlier but they didn’t seem to want to cut corners which is great. All issues reported during the Service resolved without a fuss. Provide extra information for Free cover as well as helped getting the Road Tax sorted before we drove off. Provide great advice in regards to maintenance of the Van and broke down details of the Cover.

We had such a great van buying experience with JL Vans! We bought a L4H3 Citroen Relay for a van conversion. Having previously looked at many vans in many different places, ranging from national car dealerships to a man on an industrial estate with a bag of keys we found JL Vans to be the perfect place to purchase our van.

Excellent buying experience at JL vans.
From the outset viewing numerous vans of interest we was passed the keys by Rick and just left to have a good look at the vans and no pushy sales which was great.
Once we had found the van we liked a deposit was left and and arranged to pick up a week later with the rear of the van ply lined and some small dents repaired.
Really smooth enjoyable experience buying from JL vans and will return in the future.
